Our Story

REAL Automotive and Performance was established back in 2018. At the time, Donny had been working for other shops for 20 plus years. In those 20 plus years, you see a lot. You see the customer’s side of the business, the owner’s side of the business, the technicians side of the business and the front office’s side of the business. You get to see what works, what doesn’t work, what customer’s want from a shop and what employees want out of a place of employment. This was truly the inspiration for REAL Automotive and Performance. Donny wanted a shop that could not only be #1 from a customer’s point of view , but also for it’s staffing. Our goal was to create a shop rooted in core values.

There are variables, there are struggles, there are ups and downs.
